Artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in psychiatry offer promising results with high accuracy rates in early diagnosis and personalized treatment processes for conditions such as suicide risk, psychosis, ADHD, and Alzheimer's. While algorithms developed through neuroimaging, language analysis, and digital data guide clinicians in decision-making, tools like Woebot and socially assistive robots support therapeutic processes. However, due to human limitations such as lack of empathy and ethical challenges like data bias, it is critically important to position artificial intelligence as a complementary auxiliary technique to clinical practice rather than a replacement for the physician.
