Baş Ağrısında Güncel Görüntüleme Yöntemleri
Özet
Baş ağrısının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan güncel radyolojik görüntüleme yöntemlerini ele alan bu çalışma, primer ve sekonder baş ağrısı bozukluklarının ayrımında görüntülemenin kritik rolünü vurgulamaktadır. Bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) acil durumlarda ve kemik yapılarının incelenmesinde tercih edilirken, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) yumuşak doku ve beyin parankimindeki patolojilerin detaylı analizi için ön plana çıkmaktadır. Metin ayrıca, travma, vasküler hastalıklar ve tümörler gibi ciddi sonuçları olabilecek sekonder nedenlerin teşhisinde kullanılan ileri görüntüleme tekniklerini ve spesifik bulguları detaylandırmaktadır.
This study examines current radiological imaging methods used in the evaluation of headaches, emphasizing the critical role of imaging in differentiating between primary and secondary headache disorders. While computed tomography (CT) is preferred in emergency situations and for examining bone structures, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is prominent for detailed analysis of soft tissues and brain parenchyma pathologies. The text also details advanced imaging techniques and specific findings used in diagnosing secondary causes that can have devastating consequences, such as trauma, vascular diseases, and tumors
