Pankreasın Kistik Lezyonlarında Radyomik Görüntüleme

Özet

Bu derleme, pankreasın kistik lezyonlarının (PKL) teşhisinde ve risk sınıflandırmasında geleneksel yöntemlerin yetersiz kaldığı durumlarda radyomik analizin sunduğu potansiyeli ele almaktadırTıbbi görüntülerden yüksek boyutlu verilerin çıkarılmasını sağlayan radyomik modellerin, özellikle müsinöz kistlerin malign potansiyelini belirlemede ve gereksiz cerrahi müdahaleleri önlemede uluslararası kılavuzlardan daha yüksek doğruluk oranları sergilediği vurgulanmaktadırGelecekte bu teknolojinin klinik uygulamaya tam entegrasyonu için çok merkezli çalışmalarla doğrulanması ve sıvı biyobelirteçleri gibi diğer tanısal araçlarla birleştirilmesi önerilmektedir.

This review addresses the potential of radiomics analysis in the diagnosis and risk stratification of pancreatic cystic lesions (PCLs), where conventional methods often prove insufficientIt emphasizes that radiomics models, which extract high-dimensional data from medical images, exhibit higher accuracy than international guidelines in determining the malignant potential of mucinous cysts and preventing unnecessary surgeriesFor the full clinical integration of this technology, future validation through multi-center studies and its combination with other diagnostic tools, such as fluid biomarkers, is recommended.
