Dev İntrakranyal Anevrizmalar ve Endovasküler Tedavileri

Özet

Dev İntrakranyal Anevrizmaların (DİA) tanımı, fizyopatolojisi ve güncel endovasküler tedavi yaklaşımlarını inceleyen bu metin, özellikle 25 mm üzerindeki kompleks yapıların klinik yönetimini ele almaktadırTedavi stratejileri arasında ana damarın kapatılması (parent arter sakrifikasyonu), koil embolizasyonu ve gelişmiş akım yönlendirici stent (AYS) teknikleri detaylandırılarak bunların etkinlikleri ve komplikasyon riskleri karşılaştırılmaktadırÇalışma, DİA'ların yüksek mortalite riskine dikkat çekerek başarılı sonuçlar için işlem sonrası uzun süreli radyolojik takibin kritik önemini vurgulamaktadır.

This document examines the definition, pathophysiology, and contemporary endovascular treatment approaches for Giant Intracranial Aneurysms (GIA), focusing on the clinical management of complex structures exceeding 25 mmIt details treatment strategies including parent artery sacrifice, coil embolization, and advanced flow diverter stent (FDS) techniques while comparing their efficacy and complication risksThe study highlights the high mortality risk of GIAs and emphasizes that long-term radiological follow-up is critical for ensuring successful treatment outcomes.
