Özet
Derin ven trombozu (DVT), venöz sistemde oluşan patolojik pıhtılaşmaları ve bu durumun yol açtığı hayati risk taşıyan komplikasyonları inceleyen kapsamlı bir tıbbi metindir. Epidemiyoloji, risk faktörleri ve tanı yöntemlerinin yanı sıra klasik antikoagülan tedaviler ile yeni nesil oral antikoagülanlar ve endovasküler girişimsel yöntemler detaylandırılmaktadır. Özellikle proksimal trombozlarda posttrombotik sendrom ve pulmoner emboli riskini azaltmak adına uygulanan kateter aracılı trombolitik tedaviler ve farmakomekanik trombektomi yaklaşımları üzerinde durulmaktadır.
