Özet

İndosiyanin yeşili (ICG), jinekolojik onkoloji cerrahisinde endometrium, serviks ve vulva kanserlerinin evrelemesi için sentinel lenf nodu haritalamasında kullanılan onaylı bir floresan görüntüleme ajanıdırYakın kızılötesi floresan teknolojisi sayesinde canlı dokularda lenfatik kanalların ve ilk metastaz odaklarının yüksek doğrulukla tespit edilmesini sağlayarak, sistematik lenfadenektominin neden olabileceği lenfödem gibi komplikasyonların azaltılmasına yardımcı olurÖzellikle erken evre vakalarda cerrahi sınırların belirlenmesi ve adjuvan tedavi kararlarının verilmesinde kritik bir rol oynayan bu yöntem, modern jinekolojik onkoloji kılavuzları tarafından da desteklenmektedir.

Indocyanine green (ICG) is an approved fluorescent imaging agent used for sentinel lymph node mapping in the surgical staging of endometrial, cervical, and vulvar cancers in gynecologic oncologyUtilizing near-infrared fluorescence technology, it enables high-accuracy detection of lymphatic channels and initial metastatic sites, helping to reduce complications such as lymphedema associated with systematic lymphadenectomyThis method plays a critical role in determining surgical margins and adjuvant therapy decisions, particularly in early-stage cases, and is supported by modern gynecologic oncology guidelines.
