Ön Çapraz Bağ Yaralanmalarında Cerrahi Yaklaşım
Özet
Ön çapraz bağ (ÖÇB), diz ekleminin stabilitesini sağlayan, tibianın öne kaymasını ve aşırı ekstansiyonu önleyen kritik bir yapıdır. Spor yaralanmaları veya travmalar sonucu oluşan kopmalarında, özellikle aktif bireylerde dizdeki boşalma hissini ve kıkırdak hasarını engellemek amacıyla cerrahi rekonstrüksiyon önerilir. Ameliyat sürecinde hastanın kendi hamstring veya patellar tendonları greft olarak kullanılarak bağın anatomik ayak izine yerleştirilmesi ve biyovida veya endobutton gibi materyallerle tespiti hedeflenir. Başarılı bir cerrahi sonrası uygulanan kapsamlı rehabilitasyon protokolüyle, hastanın ağrısız bir şekilde yaralanma öncesi performans düzeyine ve spora dönmesi amaçlanır.
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is a vital structure that ensures knee stability by preventing anterior tibial translation and hyperextension. In cases of rupture caused by sports injuries or trauma, surgical reconstruction is recommended, especially for active individuals, to prevent instability and long-term cartilage damage. The surgical procedure involves using autografts such as hamstring or patellar tendons, which are placed at the anatomical footprint and secured with fixation devices like bio-screws or endobuttons. Following successful surgery, a comprehensive rehabilitation protocol aims to return the patient to their pre-injury performance levels and sports activities without pain.
