Amfizem Tedavisinde Bronkoskopik Volüm Düşürücü İşlem: Koil Uygulaması
Özet
İleri derece amfizem hastalarında uygulanan bir bronkoskopik volüm azaltma yöntemi olan nitinol koil tedavisini kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. İşlemin temel mekanizması, akciğer parankimini sıkıştırarak hiperinflasyonu azaltmak ve küçük hava yollarını açık tutarak solunum kapasitesini iyileştirmektir. Uygun hasta seçimi için belirli solunum fonksiyon kriterleri ve multidisipliner bir yaklaşım vurgulanırken, işlemin olası komplikasyonları ve uygulama aşamaları detaylandırılmaktadır.
Comprehensively examines nitinol coil therapy, a bronchoscopic volume reduction method applied to patients with advanced emphysema. The primary mechanism of the procedure is to reduce hyperinflation by compressing the lung parenchyma and to improve respiratory capacity by helping small airways remain open. While specific pulmonary function criteria and a multidisciplinary approach are emphasized for appropriate patient selection, potential complications and the stages of the procedure are detailed.
