Özet

İleri derece amfizem hastalarında uygulanan bir bronkoskopik volüm azaltma yöntemi olan nitinol koil tedavisini kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadırİşlemin temel mekanizması, akciğer parankimini sıkıştırarak hiperinflasyonu azaltmak ve küçük hava yollarını açık tutarak solunum kapasitesini iyileştirmektirUygun hasta seçimi için belirli solunum fonksiyon kriterleri ve multidisipliner bir yaklaşım vurgulanırken, işlemin olası komplikasyonları ve uygulama aşamaları detaylandırılmaktadır.
