Özet

Alkol, opioid ve amfetamin bağımlılığında naltrekson implant kullanımı, oral tedaviye kıyasla daha yüksek uyum ve daha düşük nüks oranları sağlayarak etkili bir strateji sunmaktadır. Cerrahi yöntemle cilt altına yerleştirilen bu uzun salınımlı formlar, hedef kan düzeyini 2-3 ay boyunca koruyarak maddenin pekiştirici etkilerini sürekli olarak bloke eder. Genellikle iyi tolere edilmekle birlikte, tedavi süresince olası cerrahi komplikasyonlar ve karaciğer fonksiyonlarının takibi klinik açıdan önem arz etmektedir. Uzun vadede maliyet etkin bir çözüm sunan bu yöntem, bağımlılık tedavisinde hastaneye yatışları ve genel sağlık sorunlarını azaltma potansiyeline sahiptir.

 

Naltrexone implant use in alcohol, opioid, and amphetamine addiction provides an effective strategy by ensuring higher adherence and lower relapse rates compared to oral treatment. These long-acting forms, surgically implanted subcutaneously, continuously block the reinforcing effects of substances by maintaining target blood levels for 2-3 months. While generally well-tolerated, monitoring potential surgical complications and liver functions during treatment remains clinically significant. Offering a cost-effective solution in the long term, this method has the potential to reduce hospitalizations and general health problems in addiction treatment.
