Jinekoloji Pratiğinde Robotik Cerrahinin Yeri
Özet
Jinekoloji pratiğinde robotik cerrahi, laparoskopinin kısıtlılıklarını aşmak amacıyla geliştirilen ve cerraha yüksek hassasiyetli hareket kabiliyeti ile üç boyutlu görüntüleme sunan ileri bir teknolojidir. Özellikle histerektomi, miyomektomi ve ileri evre endometriozis cerrahilerinde kan kaybını azaltması, iyileşme süresini kısaltması ve cerrahın ergonomisini iyileştirmesi gibi önemli avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Bununla birlikte yüksek kurulum maliyetleri, dokunsal geri bildirim eksikliği ve operasyon öncesi hazırlık süresinin uzunluğu bu sistemin temel dezavantajlarını oluşturmaktadır.
Robotic surgery in gynecological practice is an advanced technology developed to overcome the limitations of laparoscopy, providing surgeons with high-precision movement and three-dimensional imaging. It offers significant advantages such as reduced blood loss, shorter recovery times, and improved surgeon ergonomics, particularly in procedures like hysterectomy, myomectomy, and advanced endometriosis surgery. However, high initial costs, the lack of haptic feedback, and long preoperative setup times remain its primary disadvantages.
