Özet
Acil tıp alanındaki teknolojik dönüşüm, hastane öncesi ve hastane içi süreçlerde müdahale hızını ve etkinliğini artırarak mortalite ile morbidite oranlarını düşürmeyi hedeflemektedir. Otomatik eksternal defibrilatörler, ambulans dronlar, mobil inme üniteleri ve cep ultrasonları gibi yenilikler, kritik müdahalelerin sahada bile uzman düzeyinde yapılabilmesine olanak tanımaktadır. Ayrıca, akıllı telefon uygulamaları, teletıp ve yapay zeka entegrasyonu, hekimlerin güncel literatüre anlık erişimini sağlarken tanı ve tedavi süreçlerinde karar destek mekanizması olarak hayati bir rol üstlenmektedir.
The technological transformation in emergency medicine aims to reduce mortality and morbidity rates by increasing intervention speed and efficiency in both pre-hospital and in-hospital processes. Innovations such as automated external defibrillators, ambulance drones, mobile stroke units, and pocket ultrasounds enable critical interventions to be performed at an expert level even in the field. Additionally, the integration of smartphone applications, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence allows physicians instant access to current literature while playing a vital role as a decision-support mechanism in diagnosis and treatment processes.
