With technological advancements in Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART), frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) has become a primary clinical application that significantly enhances success rates. The vitrification method, in particular, preserves embryo viability more effectively than slow freezing by preventing intracellular ice crystal formation. Beyond its medical benefits—such as reducing hyperstimulation risk, optimizing endometrial receptivity, and facilitating genetic screening—FET provides couples with substantial economic and psychological advantages by streamlining the IVF process.
