Proteomic technologies play a critical role in the early diagnosis of cancer and the development of personalized treatment methods through the systematic analysis of proteinsBlood plasma is considered the most suitable material for biomarker discovery due to its easy accessibility and dynamic structure that reflects the status of various tissues in the bodyTo ensure the detection of low-abundance proteins in plasma, chromatographic purification methods and mass spectrometry (MS)-based techniques are used in combinationThese advanced approaches enable the identification of specific proteins with high diagnostic value in many cancer types, including prostate, liver, lung, and pancreatic cancers.
