Anesteziyoloji ve Reanimasyon’da Getat Uygulamaları

Özet

Geleneksel ve Tamamlayıcı Tıp (GETAT), modern tıbba yardımcı veya bütüncül bir yaklaşım olarak anesteziyoloji ve reanimasyon alanında giderek daha fazla kabul görmektedir. Türkiye'de 2014 yılında yayımlanan yönetmelikle hukuki bir zemine oturtulan 15 yöntem arasında akupunktur, proloterapi, ozon tedavisi ve hipnoz öne çıkmaktadır. Akupunktur, özellikle cerrahi sonrası ağrı, bulantı ve kusmanın azaltılmasında efektif bir yöntemdir; Çin'de birçok operasyonun akupunktur anestezisi ile yapıldığı bildirilmektedir. Proloterapi, kas-iskelet sistemi ağrılarında vücudun kendi iyileşme mekanizmasını uyararak bağ dokuyu güçlendiren rejeneratif bir tedavi sunar. Ozon tedavisi ise antiinflamatuar ve antioksidan etkileriyle diyabetik yaralardan nöropatik ağrıya kadar geniş bir yelpazede destek sağlar. Kupa tedavisi lokal kan akımını artırarak detoks etkisi yaratırken, müzik terapi ve hipnoz hastaların perioperatif anksiyetesini azaltıp analjezik ihtiyacını düşürerek iyileşme sürecini hızlandırır. Bu yöntemler, anestezi uzmanları tarafından opioid kullanımını azaltan güvenli seçenekler olarak değerlendirilmektedir.

Traditional and Complementary Medicine (GETAT) is increasingly accepted in anesthesiology and reanimation as an adjunctive or holistic approach to modern medicine. Among the 15 methods legalized in Turkey since 2014, acupuncture, prolotherapy, ozone therapy, and hypnosis stand out. Acupuncture is particularly effective in reducing postoperative pain and nausea; in China, many operations are reportedly performed under acupuncture anesthesia. Prolotherapy offers a regenerative treatment for musculoskeletal pain by stimulating the body's healing mechanism to strengthen connective tissues. Ozone therapy provides support across a broad range from diabetic wounds to neuropathic pain through its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. While cupping therapy creates a detox effect by increasing local blood flow, music therapy and hypnosis accelerate recovery by reducing perioperative anxiety and analgesic requirements. Anesthesiologists consider these methods safe options that reduce opioid consumption.
