Afazide Teknoloji Kullanımı
Özet
Afazili bireylerin mesleki, sosyal ve rekreasyonel katılımını artırmak amacıyla rehabilitasyon süreçlerinde teknoloji kullanımını inceleyen bu metin; telepraktis uygulamalarını, bilgisayar yazılımlarını, mobil uygulamaları ve sanal gerçeklik (SG) teknolojilerini kapsamlı şekilde ele almaktadır. Telepraktis, klinisyen ile danışanı uzaktan bağlayan kanıta dayalı bir yöntem olup; hastaların durumuna göre senkron, asenkron veya hibrit modellerle uygulanabilmektedir. Uygulama öncesinde hastanın bilişsel, fiziksel, duyusal, iletişimsel özellikleri ve motivasyonu titizlikle değerlendirilmeli, ayrıca bakım görevi, hizmet denkliği, bilgilerin gizliliği ve bilgilendirilmiş onam gibi etik yükümlülüklere kesinlikle uyulmalıdır. Yoğun terapinin iyileşmedeki kritik önemi nedeniyle, ev egzersizlerini desteklemek amacıyla Aphasia Therapy Online, Parrot Software, SentenceShaper ve ORLA gibi çeşitli bilgisayar yazılımları ile Tactus Therapy, Constant Therapy, Lingraphica ve Cuespeak gibi mobil uygulamalardan yararlanılmaktadır. Son yıllarda öne çıkan sanal gerçeklik uygulamaları (örn. EVA Park, Virtual ELA-House, RGSa) ise günlük yaşam senaryolarını simüle ederek yaparak yaşayarak öğrenme prensibini desteklemekte, hastaların dikkat, hafıza ve işlevsel iletişim becerilerinde anlamlı iyileşmeler sağlamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, uygun dijital çözümlerin seçilmesi yoğun afazi müdahalesini pozitif yönde etkilemektedir.
This text, which examines the use of technology in the rehabilitation processes of individuals with aphasia to increase their vocational, social, and recreational participation, comprehensively covers telepractice applications, computer software, mobile applications, and virtual reality (VR) technologies. Telepractice is an evidence-based method connecting clinicians and clients remotely, and it can be implemented through synchronous, asynchronous, or hybrid models depending on the patient's condition. Prior to implementation, criteria such as the patient's cognitive, physical, sensory, communicative characteristics, and motivation must be meticulously evaluated, and ethical obligations including duty of care, equivalence of services, confidentiality of information, and informed consent must be strictly followed. Due to the critical importance of intensive therapy in recovery, various computer software programs like Aphasia Therapy Online, Parrot Software, SentenceShaper, and ORLA, alongside mobile applications such as Tactus Therapy, Constant Therapy, Lingraphica, and Cuespeak, are utilized to support home exercises. Virtual reality applications (e.g., EVA Park, Virtual ELA-House, RGSa), which have come to the fore recently, simulate daily life scenarios to support the principle of learning by doing, providing significant improvements in patients' attention, memory, and functional communication skills. Consequently, selecting appropriate digital applications positively impacts intensive aphasia intervention.
