Klinikte Toplanan Gözlemsel Standart Verinin Raporlanması (RECORD)
Özet
Klinik araştırmalarda rutin olarak toplanan gözlemsel verilerin raporlanma kalitesini artırmak amacıyla geliştirilen RECORD kılavuzu, bu tür çalışmaların şeffaflığını ve tekrarlanabilirliğini sağlamayı hedefler. STROBE rehberinin bir uzantısı olan bu rehber; veri bağlantıları, temizleme yöntemleri ve popülasyon tanımları gibi standart veriye özgü kritik alanlarda ayrıntılı raporlama standartları sunar. Özellikle farmakoepidemiyoloji gibi karmaşık alanlarda RECORD-PE versiyonuyla desteklenen bu standartlar, araştırmacıların metodolojik hataları ve olası yanlılıkları açıkça beyan etmesine yardımcı olur.
The RECORD guideline, developed to improve the reporting quality of observational studies using routinely collected health data, aims to ensure transparency and reproducibility in clinical research. As an extension of the STROBE statement, it provides detailed reporting standards for specific areas such as data linkage, cleaning methods, and population definitions. Supported by the RECORD-PE version for complex fields like pharmacoepidemiology, these standards assist researchers in explicitly declaring methodological errors and potential biases.
