Sistematik Derleme ve Meta-Analizler (PRISMA)
Özet
Kanıta dayalı tıp uygulamalarında kritik bir role sahip olan sistematik derleme ve meta-analiz çalışmalarının şeffaf, tam ve doğru bir şekilde raporlanması, bu araştırmaların bilimsel değerini ve kullanılabilirliğini doğrudan etkilemektedir. PRISMA-2020 rehberi, yazarlara çalışmalarını metodolojik olarak nasıl dökümante edecekleri konusunda 27 maddelik kapsamlı bir kontrol listesi ve akış şeması sunarak raporlama kalitesini standardize etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Metin boyunca bu rehberin başlık seçiminden veri analizine, bias değerlendirmesinden tartışma bölümüne kadar tüm basamakları güncel literatür örnekleriyle detaylandırılmaktadır.
Evidence-based medicine relies heavily on systematic reviews and meta-analyses, making their transparent and accurate reporting essential for clinical decision-making and scientific validity. The PRISMA-2020 guideline provides a comprehensive 27-item checklist and flow diagram to help authors standardize their methodology and improve reporting quality. This document details each step of the guideline, from title selection to bias assessment and discussion, illustrated with contemporary research examples.
