Evidence-based medicine relies heavily on systematic reviews and meta-analyses, making their transparent and accurate reporting essential for clinical decision-making and scientific validityThe PRISMA-2020 guideline provides a comprehensive 27-item checklist and flow diagram to help authors standardize their methodology and improve reporting qualityThis document details each step of the guideline, from title selection to bias assessment and discussion, illustrated with contemporary research examples.
