The skin is a complex barrier system protecting the body from external factors, and its health significantly depends on balanced nutrition and vitamin support. Vitamins A, B, C, D, and E play critical roles in cell regeneration, collagen synthesis, combating oxidative stress, and repairing damage caused by ultraviolet rays. Adequate intake of these vitamins through both diet and topical applications helps delay skin aging while contributing to the prevention of various dermatoses and neoplasias.
