İskemi-Reperfüzyon Hasarında Vitaminlerin Koruyucu Rolü
Özet
İskemi-reperfüzyon hasarı, dokulara kan akışının kesilmesi ve ardından tekrar sağlanmasıyla tetiklenen oksidatif stres, inflamasyon ve hücresel ölüm süreçlerini kapsayan karmaşık bir patolojidir. C, A, B12, D ve E vitaminleri, reaktif oksijen türlerini temizleyerek, antioksidan enzimleri aktive ederek ve apoptoz sinyal yollarını baskılayarak bu hasara karşı önemli koruyucu roller üstlenir. Bu vitaminlerin takviyesi, endotel fonksiyonlarını iyileştirip doku ödemini azaltırken, hayati organlarda iskemi sonrası gelişen fonksiyonel bozuklukların hafifletilmesinde kritik bir endojen savunma mekanizması sağlar.
Ischemia-reperfusion injury is a complex pathology involving oxidative stress, inflammation, and cellular death processes triggered by the cessation and subsequent restoration of blood flow to tissues. Vitamins C, A, B12, D, and E play significant protective roles against this damage by scavenging reactive oxygen species, activating antioxidant enzymes, and suppressing apoptosis signaling pathways. Supplementation of these vitamins improves endothelial functions and reduces tissue edema, providing a critical endogenous defense mechanism for alleviating functional impairments following ischemia in vital organs.
