Özet

D vitamini eksikliği, bel ağrısının patofizyolojisinde düzeltilebilir bir etiyolojik faktör olarak öne çıkmakta ve özellikle kas kuvveti ile nöromüsküler koordinasyon üzerinde kritik roller oynamaktadırYapılan araştırmalar, D vitamini takviyesinin (özellikle nano şurup formülasyonlarının) ağrıyı anlamlı düzeyde azalttığını ve hastaların fonksiyonel durumunu iyileştirdiğini göstermektedirBel ağrısı olan hastaların D vitamini düzeyleri açısından taranması ve uygun dozlarla tedavi edilmesi, bu kronik rahatsızlığın kısır döngüsünü kırmak için etkili bir strateji olarak değerlendirilmektedir.
