Antioksidan Vitaminler
Özet
Oksidatif stres, reaktif oksijen türlerinin üretimi ile antioksidan savunma sistemleri arasındaki dengenin bozulması sonucu ortaya çıkarak hücresel hasara ve pek çok hastalığa zemin hazırlar. Vücut bu olumsuz süreçle mücadele etmek için endojen enzimlerin yanı sıra dışarıdan alınan A, B, C, D, E ve K vitaminlerini kullanarak bağışıklık sistemini modüle eder ve serbest radikalleri nötralize eder. Özellikle bu vitaminler, enflamasyonu azaltma, hücre zarlarını koruma ve viral enfeksiyonlara karşı direnci artırma gibi kritik roller üstlenerek metabolik dengenin korunmasına yardımcı olurlar.
Oxidative stress occurs when the balance between reactive oxygen species production and antioxidant defense systems is disrupted, leading to cellular damage and various diseases. To counteract this process, the body utilizes endogenous enzymes alongside vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K to modulate the immune system and neutralize free radicals. These vitamins play critical roles in reducing inflammation, protecting cell membranes, and increasing resistance to viral infections, thereby helping to maintain metabolic equilibrium.
