Heredodejeneratif Hastalıklara Genetik Yaklaşım
Özet
Heredodejeneratif hastalıklar, santral sinir sisteminin ilerleyici dejenerasyonu ile karakterize, oldukça heterojen ve genetik kökenli bozukluklardır. Tanıda başlangıç yaşı, klinik öykü ve ayrıntılı fizik muayene temel rol oynarken, modern moleküler genetik yöntemler kesin teşhis için kritik öneme sahiptir. Multidisipliner bir yaklaşımla klinik genetik uzmanlarının sürece dahil edilmesi, hastalıkların prognozunu öngörmek, etkili tedavi stratejileri geliştirmek ve ailelere doğru genetik danışmanlık hizmeti sunmak için zorunludur.
Heredodegenerative disorders are a heterogeneous group of genetically determined conditions characterized by the progressive degeneration of the central nervous system. Accurate diagnosis relies on early clinical assessment, detailed medical history, and physical examinations, which are further supported by advancements in molecular genetic testing. Implementing a multidisciplinary approach involving clinical geneticists is essential for determining prognosis, guiding therapeutic interventions, and providing appropriate genetic counseling to affected families.
