Özet

Serebral palsi, gelişmekte olan beyindeki ilerleyici olmayan hasara bağlı oluşan, çocukluk çağının en yaygın nörogelişimsel motor bozukluğudurGenetik ve çevresel faktörlerin karmaşık etkileşimiyle ortaya çıkan bu durum, spastisite, distoni veya ataksi gibi çeşitli klinik tablolara yol açarTanı; ayrıntılı klinik öykü, nörolojik muayene ve görüntüleme yöntemleriyle konulurken, tedavi süreci multidisipliner rehabilitasyon ve kişiselleştirilmiş destek yaklaşımlarını içerirErken tanı ve proaktif müdahale, beyin plastisitesinden yararlanarak fonksiyonel sonuçları iyileştirmek için kritiktir.
