Serebral Palsi Olgularında Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Uygulamaları
Özet
Serebral palsi, gelişmekte olan beyinde meydana gelen ilerleyici olmayan hasara bağlı, ömür boyu süren motor bozuklukları içeren heterojen bir klinik tablodur. Erken tanı, bireyin kognitif ve motor gelişimini desteklemek adına kritik önem taşır ve multidisipliner bir rehabilitasyon yaklaşımını zorunlu kılar. Tedavi süreçleri, fonksiyonel bağımsızlığı artırmak amacıyla aile odaklı bir yaklaşımla, bireyin ihtiyaçlarına yönelik multimodal müdahaleleri kapsar.
Cerebral palsy is a heterogeneous clinical syndrome characterized by non-progressive brain damage that causes lifelong motor and postural disabilities. Early diagnosis within the critical developmental window is essential to facilitate prompt, evidence-based intervention strategies. Comprehensive management requires a multidisciplinary approach that integrates medical, therapeutic, and orthopedic treatments to improve functional independence and quality of life for the child and family.
