Gerilim Tipi Baş Ağrıları
Özet
Gerilim tipi baş ağrısı (GTBA), çocuklarda ve gençlerde migrenden sonra en sık görülen, yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen primer bir sağlık sorunudur. Patogenezi multifaktöryel olup genetik, periferik ve merkezi mekanizmaların yanı sıra stres ve anksiyete gibi psikososyal faktörlerle tetiklenmektedir. Tanı, detaylı klinik öykü ve nörolojik değerlendirme ile konulurken, tedavide ilaç dışı davranışsal yaklaşımlar ve yaşam tarzı değişikliklerini de içeren multidisipliner bir yöntem benimsenmektedir.
Tension-type headache (TTH) is a common primary health issue in children and adolescents, occurring most frequently after migraine and negatively impacting quality of life. Its pathogenesis is multifactorial, triggered by genetic, peripheral, and central mechanisms, as well as psychosocial factors like stress and anxiety. Diagnosis relies on a detailed clinical history and neurological evaluation, while management requires a multidisciplinary approach that includes non-pharmacological behavioral therapies and lifestyle modifications.
