Chronic daily headache is a condition characterized by occurrences of at least 15 days a month lasting over three months, encompassing various subtypes like chronic migraine and tension-type headache. Management strategies involve identifying and avoiding triggers, utilizing pharmacological agents, employing vitamin supplementation, and incorporating lifestyle modifications such as yoga and regular exercise. Accurate diagnosis in children and adolescents requires excluding secondary causes and assessing psychosocial factors to ensure effective treatment and prevent long-term complications.
