Trigeminal Otonomik Baş Ağrıları
Özet
Trigeminal Otonomik Sefalaljiler (TAS), tek taraflı şiddetli baş ağrısı ve buna eşlik eden kraniyal otonomik belirtilerle kendini gösteren birincil baş ağrısı bozukluklarıdır. Çocukluk ve ergenlik döneminde yetişkinliğe kıyasla daha nadir görülmekle birlikte, klinik özellikleri ve tedavi yaklaşımları benzerlik göstermektedir. Küme baş ağrısı, paroksizmal hemikraniya, SUNCT/SUNA ve hemikrania kontinua gibi alt türleri bulunan bu grupta erken tanı ve doğru tedavi, hastaların yaşam kalitesini artırmak için kritiktir. Tedavide tetikleyici faktörlerden kaçınma ve yaşam tarzı düzenlemeleri ön planda tutulurken, çeşitli ilaç grupları proflaktik ve akut atak yönetimi için kullanılmaktadır.
Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgias (TACs) are a group of primary headache disorders characterized by severe unilateral head pain accompanied by cranial autonomic symptoms. While less frequent in children and adolescents compared to adults, their clinical features and treatment responses exhibit notable similarities. Accurate diagnosis and timely intervention are critical for managing subtypes such as cluster headache, paroxysmal hemicrania, SUNCT/SUNA, and hemicrania continua. Treatment strategies primarily focus on lifestyle modifications and avoiding triggers, while various medications are utilized for both prophylactic and acute attack management.
