Diğer Primer Baş Ağrıları
Özet
Çocuklarda primer baş ağrıları, erişkinlere göre daha az sıklıkta görülse de tanı ve sınıflandırma süreçlerinde yaşa bağlı iletişim zorlukları nedeniyle önemli güçlükler barındırmaktadır. ICHD-III sınıflamasına göre dört ana kategoride incelenen bu baş ağrıları, altta yatan yapısal bir nedenin varlığını dışlamak için titiz bir ayırıcı tanı gerektirmektedir. Özellikle ani başlangıçlı veya şiddetli ağrılarda, sekonder sebeplerin dışlanması hayati önem taşımaktadır; zira etiyolojik bir neden saptanmadığı durumlarda primer tanıya yönelinmelidir.
Primary headaches in children are less common than in adults but present significant diagnostic challenges due to age-related difficulties in patient communication. Classified into four main categories according to ICHD-III, these headaches require a rigorous differential diagnosis to rule out underlying structural causes. Particularly in cases of sudden onset or severe pain, it is vital to exclude secondary causes, as a diagnosis of primary headache should only be made when no etiological factor is identified.
