Özet
Çocukluk ve ergenlik döneminde sıkça karşılaşılan baş ağrıları, doğru tanı ve tedaviyle yaşam kalitesini iyileştirebilen önemli bir nörolojik yakınmadır. Ağrılar, altta yatan nedene göre primer (migren, gerilim tipi vb.) veya sekonder (enfeksiyon, travma, tümör vb.) olarak sınıflandırılır; bu ayrımın yapılması, hayatı tehdit edebilecek ciddi durumların dışlanması adına sistematik bir klinik yaklaşım gerektirir. Tedavi süreci, kişiselleştirilmiş akut atak yönetimi ve gerekli durumlarda yaşam tarzı düzenlemeleri ile koruyucu farmakolojik yaklaşımların kombinasyonunu içerir.
Headaches in childhood and adolescence are a common neurological complaint that, when accurately diagnosed and treated, significantly improve quality of life. These headaches are classified as primary (migraine, tension-type, etc.) or secondary (infection, trauma, tumor, etc.) based on the underlying cause; distinguishing between them requires a systematic clinical approach to exclude serious, life-threatening conditions. Management involves a personalized approach combining acute attack treatment with lifestyle modifications and prophylactic pharmacological therapies when necessary.
