Özet
Brakiyal pleksus hastalıkları ve tuzak nöropatiler, anatomik yapıların anlaşılmasını, detaylı elektrofizyolojik değerlendirmeleri (EMG) ve klinik sınıflamayı gerektiren kompleks durumlardır. Bu çalışma, pleksopatilerin ve sinir sıkışmalarının (karpal tünel, ulnar, radial, peroneal nöropati gibi) teşhisinde kullanılan sinir iletim çalışmalarını ve iğne EMG kriterlerini sistematik bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Tedavi süreçlerinde, hastanın durumuna göre konservatif yaklaşımlar veya cerrahi müdahaleler uygulanarak iyileşme hedeflenmektedir.
Brachial plexus disorders and entrapment neuropathies require a comprehensive understanding of anatomical structures, detailed electrophysiological evaluations (EMG), and precise clinical classification. This document systematically addresses the diagnostic methodologies—specifically nerve conduction studies and needle EMG—used to identify plexopathies and various nerve entrapments, such as carpal tunnel, ulnar, radial, and peroneal neuropathies. Treatment strategies are outlined, emphasizing the progression from conservative management to surgical intervention based on the severity and nature of the condition.
