Neonatal seizures are critical for neurodevelopment, making the accurate identification of their underlying etiology a primary clinical objective. Vitamin-responsive metabolic epilepsies—including those dependent on pyridoxine, PLP, folinic acid, and biotin—are treatable conditions that can be managed effectively through early diagnosis and targeted supplementation. This text details the clinical profiles, diagnostic pathways, and treatment algorithms necessary for managing these specific vitamin-responsive epileptic encephalopathies.
