Özet

Bu çalışma, yeni nesil antiepileptik ilaçların (Brivaracetam, Lacosamide, Perampanel, Retigabin, Rufinamide, Stiripentol, Zonisamide ve Sulthiame) klinik kullanım alanlarını, farmakolojik özelliklerini ve etkileşim profillerini detaylıca ele almaktadır. Her bir ilacın etki mekanizmaları, onaylanan yaş grupları, yaygın kullanılan tedavi endikasyonları ve olası yan etki profilleri karşılaştırmalı verilerle incelenmiştir. İlaçların epilepsi sendromları ve dirençli nöbet tiplerindeki tedavi başarısı, mevcut güncel çalışmalarla desteklenerek sunulmaktadır. Özellikle ilaç etkileşimleri ve böbrek/karaciğer üzerindeki metabolik süreçler, klinik pratik için kritik bilgiler olarak vurgulanmıştır.

 

This study provides a detailed examination of clinical applications, pharmacological properties, and interaction profiles of new-generation antiepileptic drugs, including Brivaracetam, Lacosamide, Perampanel, Retigabine, Rufinamide, Stiripentol, Zonisamide, and Sulthiame. The mechanisms of action, approved age groups, common treatment indications, and potential side effect profiles for each drug are analyzed with comparative data. Treatment efficacy in specific epilepsy syndromes and drug-resistant seizure types is presented, supported by current research. Particular emphasis is placed on drug interactions and metabolic processes involving the liver and kidneys, highlighting critical information for clinical practice.
