Özet
Dikkat Eksikliği Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu (DEHB), çocukluk çağında başlayan, dikkat eksikliği, hiperaktivite ve dürtüsellik ile karakterize, yaşam boyu sürebilen nörogelişimsel bir bozukluktur. Tanısı klinik değerlendirme, ayrıntılı öykü ve davranışsal gözlemlerle konulmakta olup, genetik ve çevresel faktörlerin karmaşık etkileşimi sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Tedavi süreci ilaç kullanımı ve psikososyal yaklaşımları içeren bütüncül bir strateji gerektirmekte, erken tanı ve komorbid durumların yönetimi toplum sağlığı açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that begins in childhood. Diagnosis is based on clinical assessment, detailed history, and behavioral observations, arising from a complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors. Treatment requires a comprehensive strategy including medication and psychosocial interventions, where early diagnosis and management of comorbidities are critical for public health.
