Pharmacological treatments for neurodevelopmental disorders primarily serve a symptomatic and supportive role, necessitating multidisciplinary and individualized multimodal management strategies. This review focuses on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and tic disorders, detailing the efficacy of pharmacological interventions, associated side effects, and the management of comorbidities. Treatment planning must be comprehensive, with medication selection based on symptom severity, specific patient needs, and careful consideration of safety profiles under expert clinical supervision.
