Sleep problems in children often stem from behavioral issues and poor sleep hygiene, affecting 25-40% of the pediatric population. Quality sleep is essential for growth, neurodevelopment, learning, and family well-being, making the regulation of the sleep environment, consistent routines, and healthy lifestyle habits highly valuable. Implementing proper sleep hygiene can prevent or manage sleep disorders in children, thereby supporting their cognitive and social development. Parents should foster healthy sleep habits by establishing consistent bedtime routines and limiting stimulants such as screen exposure.
