Özet

Nöromusküler hastalıklar; ön boynuz motor nöron, periferal sinir, kas-sinir kavşağı ve kası etkileyen süreçleri kapsarÖzellikle DMD ve SMA gibi hastalıklarda gen tedavilerinin artmasıyla birlikte, tedavi etkinliğini belirlemek adına değerlendirme testlerine duyulan ihtiyaç kritik düzeyde yükselmiştirBu çalışma, çocukluk çağında sık görülen SMA, DMD ve Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) hastalarının klinik takibinde kullanılan spesifik ve fonksiyonel değerlendirme ölçeklerini detaylandırmaktadırBu testler, hastaların fonksiyonel seviyelerini objektif bir şekilde izlemek ve tedavi yanıtlarını ölçmek amacıyla etkin biçimde kullanılmaktadır.

Neuromuscular diseases involve pathologies affecting motor neurons, peripheral nerves, neuromuscular junctions, and muscles themselvesThe emergence of new clinical treatments, particularly gene therapies for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), has significantly heightened the necessity for standardized assessment tools to measure treatment efficacyThis review examines critical evaluation scales utilized in pediatric care for SMA, DMD, and Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) diseaseThese assessment methods provide objective data on motor function and patient progress, serving as essential instruments for clinical decision-making and patient monitoring.
