Özet

Hemorajik inme, çocukluk çağında yüksek mortalite ve ciddi nörolojik hasar riski taşıyan önemli bir serebrovasküler olaydır. Tanıda bilgisayarlı tomografi ilk basamak olup, vasküler anomali, enfeksiyon ve hematolojik bozukluklar gibi geniş bir etiyolojik yelpaze değerlendirilmelidir. Tedavi süreci, stabilizasyonun ardından multidisipliner bir yaklaşımla, altta yatan nedene yönelik cerrahi veya konservatif müdahaleleri içerir. Uzun dönemde epilepsi ve bilişsel bozukluk gibi ciddi sekeller görülebildiği için hastaların düzenli nörolojik ve radyolojik takibi hayati öneme sahiptir.

 

Hemorrhagic stroke is a critical cerebrovascular event in childhood, characterized by high mortality rates and a significant risk of permanent neurological damage. Primary diagnosis is typically established via computed tomography, requiring further investigation to identify diverse etiologies such as vascular anomalies, trauma, or hematological disorders. Clinical management centers on hemodynamic stabilization followed by a multidisciplinary approach that integrates surgical or conservative interventions based on the specific pathology. Because long-term complications like epilepsy and cognitive deficits are common, ongoing neurological and radiological monitoring is essential for optimal outcomes.
