Gelişimsel Venöz Anomaliler
Özet
Gelişimsel venöz anomaliler, medüller damarların anatomik bir varyasyonu olarak kabul edilen ve genellikle rastlantısal olarak saptanan en yaygın serebral vasküler malformasyonlardır. Genellikle benign bir seyir izleseler de, kavernöz malformasyonlar gibi diğer vasküler anomalilerle birlikte bulunduklarında hemorajik veya iskemik patolojilere yol açabilirler. Tanıları genellikle MRG ve BT ile konulur ve tipik "kaput medusa" görünümüyle karakterize edilirler. Tedavide konservatif yaklaşım esastır, çünkü cerrahi müdahale venöz enfarktüs riski nedeniyle önerilmemektedir.
