Özet
Çocukluk çağı serebrovasküler trombotik olaylar, akut nörolojik kayıplara yol açabilen ve ivedilikle tanılanması gereken hayati durumlardır. Tedavi süreci, trombozun arteriyal veya sinovenöz sistemdeki yerine ve iskemik veya hemorajik doğasına göre titizlikle planlanmalıdır. Antikoagülan uygulamaları ve destekleyici bakımın yanı sıra, deneyimli uzman ekiplerin multidisipliner yaklaşımı nörolojik sekellerin önlenmesinde kritiktir. Erken teşhis ve uygun merkezlerde uygulanan tedavi protokolleri, hastaların mortalite ve morbidite riskini önemli ölçüde düşürmektedir.
Pediatric cerebrovascular thrombotic events represent critical conditions that demand urgent diagnosis to prevent severe neurological loss. Effective management requires precise identification of the thrombosis location and its ischemic or hemorrhagic nature to guide specific treatment protocols. Integrating anticoagulation therapies with comprehensive supportive care through a multidisciplinary team is essential for mitigating long-term mortality and morbidity. Early intervention within experienced centers remains the most significant factor in optimizing patient recovery and neurological outcomes.
