Intracranial hemorrhages, which account for approximately half of all childhood strokes, are critical clinical conditions associated with significant risks of mortality and morbidity. The etiology prominently includes subependymal hemorrhages in premature infants, vascular malformations, and various hematological disorders. Diagnostic assessment primarily utilizes imaging modalities such as ultrasound, computed tomography, and MRI. Management focuses on a comprehensive approach involving brain protection, intracranial pressure regulation, and timely surgical intervention when clinically indicated.
