Pediatrik Nöroloji Hastalıklarında Görülen Kulak Burun Boğaz Problemleri
Özet
Çocuklarda görülen nörolojik hastalıklar sıklıkla yarık dudak-damak, koanal atrezi, dış ve orta kulak anomalileri, laringeal bozukluklar ve işitme kayıpları gibi çeşitli kulak burun boğaz sorunlarına yol açmaktadır. Bu tür vakalarda obstrüktif uyku apne sendromu, salya akması ve fasiyal paralizi gibi durumlar da izlenebilmekte olup tanı ve tedavi süreçleri karmaşık klinik tabloları yönetmeyi gerektirir. Hastaların multisistemik bir yaklaşımla takip edilmesi, komplikasyonların önlenmesi ve yaşam kalitesinin artırılması açısından kritik öneme sahiptir.
Neurological disorders in children often manifest with various ear, nose, and throat issues, including cleft lip and palate, choanal atresia, ear anomalies, laryngeal disorders, and hearing impairment. Conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, sialorrhea, and facial paralysis frequently complicate these clinical presentations, requiring careful assessment and management. A multidisciplinary approach is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment to improve outcomes and overall quality of life for these patients.
