Özet

Sistemik lupus eritematozus (SLE), vücudun farklı organlarını etkileyebilen kronik bir otoimmün hastalık olup nöropsikiyatrik tutulumu ciddi klinik tablolara yol açabilmektedir. Hastalığın nörolojik ve psikiyatrik belirtileri inflamasyon ve iskemi gibi patojenik mekanizmalarla ortaya çıkmakta olup, teşhis aşamasında kapsamlı klinik ve immünolojik kriterlerin değerlendirilmesi hayati önem taşır. Tedavi stratejileri, altta yatan patofizyolojiye göre belirlenerek immünsüpresif ilaçlar, antikoagülanlar ve semptomatik yöntemlerin kombinasyonunu gerektirir.

 

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that can impact multiple organ systems, with neuropsychiatric involvement representing a critical clinical manifestation. Neurological and psychiatric symptoms arise through complex pathogenic mechanisms, including inflammation and ischemia, requiring diagnostic evaluation based on established classification criteria. Management involves personalized therapeutic strategies, combining immunosuppressive treatments, anticoagulation, and symptomatic therapy tailored to the specific underlying etiology.
