Connective tissue diseases are chronic processes that develop through autoimmune mechanisms and can affect almost every organ in the body; although neurological involvement is rare, it is a critical complication that significantly impacts patient quality of life and survival. The study details potential neurological findings in childhood connective tissue diseases such as idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, mixed connective tissue disease, juvenile systemic sclerosis, localized scleroderma, and Sjögren's syndrome, based on vascular and inflammatory pathogenesis. In the diagnosis and follow-up of these diseases, careful evaluation of neurological symptoms alongside specific clinical manifestations is vital for determining appropriate treatment strategies and preventing complications.
