Primary immunodeficiency diseases are complex genetic conditions that can affect multiple organ systems beyond the immune system, including the central nervous system. Neurological manifestations in these patients may arise from various mechanisms, including infections, autoimmunity, toxic metabolite accumulation, or the direct impact of defective genes on neural cells. These neurological findings can sometimes serve as the initial clinical sign, playing a significant role in determining patient mortality and morbidity. Therefore, raising clinical awareness and achieving early diagnosis are essential for effectively managing these conditions.
