Childhood hematological diseases and bone marrow transplantation processes can lead to various neurological complications due to either the underlying condition or therapeutic interventions. Infections, drug toxicity, metabolic processes, and immune system reactions represent the primary drivers behind these neurological impairments. Early diagnosis and timely clinical intervention are essential to mitigate mortality and morbidity risks while improving overall patient outcomes.
