Nörolojik Hastalıklarda Kardiyak Problemler
Özet
Çocuklarda kompleks doğuştan kalp hastalıkları ve nörolojik durumlar birbirini etkileyen önemli risk faktörleridir; bu nedenle nörogelişimsel bozuklukların erken tanınması ve yönetimi kritik önem taşır. Nörokutanöz, nöromüsküler ve nörometabolik hastalıklar ile çeşitli genetik sendromlar, sıklıkla kalp tutulumu ve kardiyovasküler komplikasyonlarla seyretmektedir. Hastaların yaşam kalitesini artırmak ve ani ölüm gibi ciddi riskleri önlemek adına, düzenli kardiyak izlem ve multidisipliner yaklaşım esastır. Bu süreçte ekokardiyografi, EKG ve gerekli durumlarda kardiyak MR gibi görüntüleme yöntemleri tanı ve tedavinin temelini oluşturur.
Complex congenital heart diseases and neurological conditions in children represent significant, interrelated risk factors, making the early recognition and management of neurodevelopmental disorders critically important. Neurocutaneous, neuromuscular, and neurometabolic diseases, along with various genetic syndromes, frequently present with cardiac involvement and cardiovascular complications. To improve patient quality of life and prevent severe outcomes such as sudden death, regular cardiac monitoring and a multidisciplinary approach are essential. In this process, imaging methods like echocardiography, ECG, and, when necessary, cardiac MRI, form the foundation of diagnosis and treatment.
