Özet

Solunum sistemi hastalıkları, özellikle sarkoidoz ve kistik fibrozis gibi durumlar üzerinden santral ve periferik sinir sistemini etkileyebilmektedir. Nörosarkoidoz; nöbetler, kranial nöropatiler ve hipotalamik disfonksiyon gibi belirtilerle kendini gösteren, tanı koymanın zor olduğu multisistemik bir hastalıktır. Kistik fibroziste ise periferik nöropati ve nadiren fasial sinir felci gibi sinir sistemi tutulumları, malnütrisyon veya vitamin eksiklikleri gibi çeşitli faktörlerle ilişkili olarak ortaya çıkabilmektedir.

 

Respiratory system diseases can affect the central and peripheral nervous systems, particularly through conditions such as sarcoidosis and cystic fibrosis. Neurosarcoidosis is a multisystem disease that is challenging to diagnose, often manifesting with symptoms like seizures, cranial neuropathies, and hypothalamic dysfunction. In cystic fibrosis, nervous system involvement, including peripheral neuropathy and occasionally facial nerve palsy, can occur in association with various factors such as malnutrition or vitamin deficiencies.
