Autonomic nervous system disorders in childhood represent a significant health issue manifesting through a wide range of symptoms, including syncope, blood pressure irregularities, and gastrointestinal complicationsThese conditions can arise from functional, genetic, metabolic, or autoimmune origins, necessitating thorough clinical evaluation through patient history, neurological examination, and specialized tests like orthostatic and sweat testingManagement strategies are tailored to the underlying etiology, primarily focusing on patient education, the identification of triggers, and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
