Children with neurological disorders are highly susceptible to infectious diseases, which can significantly worsen their prognosis. Timely and complete vaccination is the most effective, low-cost intervention to protect these patients and improve their quality of life. Concerns regarding potential adverse events, such as febrile seizures, should not serve as reasons to delay or avoid routine immunization protocols. Unless specific immunosuppressive therapies require adjustment, these patients should adhere to standard vaccination schedules to ensure optimal health protection.
