Pediatrik Nöroloji Hastalarında Ağrı Yönetimi
Özet
Çocuklarda ağrı, hayat kalitesini düşüren ve doğru yönetilmediğinde nörogelişimsel sorunlara yol açabilen karmaşık bir biyopsikososyal fenomendir. Ağrının yaşa ve gelişimsel döneme göre uygun skalalarla (FLACC, PIPP vb.) düzenli değerlendirilmesi, tedavinin temeli olan tanı aşamasında büyük önem taşır. Tedavi planı; non-farmakolojik yöntemler, farmakolojik ajanlar (NSAİİ, opioidler) ve adjuvan tedavilerin hastanın bireysel gereksinimlerine göre kombine edilmesini gerektirir. Erken müdahale ile ağrı hafızasının oluşumu engellenerek, uzun vadeli sistemik etkilerin önüne geçilmesi hedeflenmektedir.
Pain in children is a complex biopsychosocial phenomenon that severely impacts quality of life and can lead to neurodevelopmental issues if not managed correctly. Regular assessment using age-appropriate scales (such as FLACC or PIPP) is critical for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. The management strategy involves a combination of non-pharmacological techniques, pharmacological agents (NSAIDs, opioids), and adjuvant therapies tailored to the child's specific needs. Early intervention is essential to prevent the formation of pain memory and mitigate long-term systemic negative impacts.
